Overview #

The student’s parents were concerned about the student’s lack of self sufficiency with hair hygiene. To address this, I created a hair-washing decision tree for the student to follow. The decision tree was printed out, laminated, and placed in the student’s bathroom for easy reference. Additionally, the student was also given a 3 minute sand timer to use for reference. According to anecdotal evidence from parents, they needed to intervene less in the student;s hair hygiene routine.
